Absolutely beautiful boots. My little girl doesn't want to take them off. We now have 5 pairs of shoes from here but these are my fave. On a side note the customer service is outstanding. There was an issue my end with delivery (not sass me me's fault!) she was absolutely amazing, couldn't have been anymore helpful. If i could give more stars I would.

We ordered two pairs of boots for our little one and we absolutely love the design quality of both! These boots came with black laces and I asked Rebecca if these could be swopped with nude velvet laces and that I didn’t mind paying the extra. She sent both laces and didn’t charge extra, these small touches mean the absolute world. So very impressed with SASS & ME!

I absolutely adore these boots. They are the perfect autumn boots. Have wore twice now and both times people have stopped to comment. I’ve never been disappointed with an order from here!

I cannot begin to explain how disappointed I am with these boots. Bought them for my niece and she’s had them on no more than 10 times for 30 minutes at a time- the bottoms of them are spotless. The toes of them have started to completely bubble and warp and the patent has a big crease across the toes which has started to peel. I contacted sass & me and the owners attitude was disgraceful. I wasn’t looking for my money back, just looking for a replacement but she kept going on about how they were cheap and affordable products that they sell. I wouldn’t say a £31 pair of boots worn 10 times for 30 minutes (£3 per 30 min wear) is affordable. They’re right with them being cheap!! AVOID!!!

I bought these for my daughter for Christmas and they are absolutely gorgeous.
I bought a size six as she is currently between sizes 5/6 and I wanted to play it safe as you never know online. Anyway, they fit perfect with a bit of room in too, so they’ll last that little bit longer.
We have received so many compliments about them.
