We aim to dispatch in the next 2 working days after your order is made.

Sass & Me will post out tracked 48hr with Royal Mail.

Overseas Shipping

Sass & Me will ship tracked international delivery, we accept no responsibility for duty fees or delays with customs.

All overseas sales are final.

Returns -

We want you to love our shoes just as much as we do but if for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase we do offer returns, please see below.

Full Price Items: You must make contact within 14 days of receiving your product and they must be returned to us within another 14 days from your contact / return email.

A refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving them back. 

Bank processing times may vary.

All returns that have surpassed the full 28 days from the first arrival and initial contact email will be issued with a credit note not a refund.

Any opened accessories will not be accepted.

Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.


Sale Items -

May be returned within 10 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. The credit will be the same amount as the sale purchase minus the postage.

Seconds Sale -

All items are non refundable or available for exchange, these items are sold at a discounted price on the basis they have slight damage.

Exchanges -

If you need to exchange your purchase for a different style or size you will be charged an additional £2.50 postage cost for the item to be resent out to you.

Please Note: All shoes must be returned in original condition, unworn and in their boxes.
